WhiteSkate Polymer Concrete Ramps

WhiteSkate ramps are manufactured from steel-reinforced polymer concrete attached to a hot-dip galvanized steel undercarriage. Steel reinforced Polymer concrete has 3 times the mechanical strength and solidness of cement based concrete.

Polymer resin in concrete provides a permanent smooth, yet grippy surface - ideal for skating. Skaters can concentrate on tricks – with no distractions from dents, bumps or screws. Edge protection ensures no sharp edges, polymer concrete filled steel Coping tubes ensure no dents and the transitions are made from High grade steel.

Polymer Concrete reacts more elastically than cement concrete ramps, so they hurt less when you fall - and - quieter for the neighbours!

The modular design allows you to enlarge or reconfigure the skate park as budgets allow - or relocate it... try doing that with permanently fixed cement concrete ramps! Steel reinforced Polymer concrete is practically indestructible. As our ramps are 100% weatherproof, cannot be burned and incredibly strong, they are virtually maintenance free - giving very competitive full life costs with little or no ongoing maintenance.

Designed, manufactured and installed to EN 14974 standards and the German technical norm DIN 33943. With a 5 year warranty on all elements, there are many polymer skateparks throughout Europe still in operation a decade after construction.
